Where does your surplus stock come from?

UK retailers, brand owners, distributors and manufacturers. Every seller is ID-checked and Companies-House verified. The original source is masked on public listings (so the brand isn’t embarrassed) but revealed to verified buyers post-payment.

Who can buy on StockSeller?

UK trade buyers only — limited companies, sole traders and partnerships with a VAT number or trading business account. We verify every buyer before they can make offers or checkout. No consumer buyers.

Do you deliver stock nationwide?

Yes — we supply the trade nationwide across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Delivery or collection is set per listing. Many pallets include free UK mainland delivery; larger lots are collection-only from the seller’s depot with the full postcode shared after payment clears.

How does payment work?

All payments go through Stripe with SSL 256-bit encryption. Buyer and seller contact details stay private until payment clears. 14-day buyer protection is included on marketplace orders (brokered Mixed Job-lot deals are settled direct with the seller after collection — always inspect before you pay).

Is there a fee to sign up?

Buyer accounts are 100% free — no subscription, no minimum order, pay only when you buy. Sellers also list free (0% seller fees); buyers cover a small buyer’s premium at checkout.
