Do I need to attend a viewing like at a pallet auction?

No — every listing includes photos, weight, dimensions and a description. If you want a video or extra detail, message the seller via the listing page (no contact details are exchanged until payment clears). For high-value pallets, sellers often agree a phone viewing on request.

How fast is delivery vs collecting from a pallet auction warehouse?

Most pallets ship within 1-3 working days via our Parcel2Go / Palletways integration. Collection is also available on every listing if you prefer to pick up direct from the seller’s depot.
