StockSeller Marketplace is operated by The Wholesale Buyer Ltd and acts solely as an introducer / broker between you and the seller. Your binding contract of sale is with the seller directly — we do not hold stock, inspect goods, or act as merchant of record.

If you have a concern with your order (damaged goods, missing items, stock not as described), you must notify us in writing within 7 days of receipt by emailing info@stockmarketplace.co.uk, quoting your invoice number. We'll pass your details to the seller, who is responsible for resolving the matter directly. Concerns raised after the 7-day window cannot be considered.
